Activity registration – User can change his personal data during registration
DESCRIPTION

When a user is registering to the public course and use wrong email or mobile number for his verification, he can now return to the 1st step and change it to the correct one. This is mostly done for the persons, that were not registered in the system by themselves and don’t know their email in the system.

To use it: On public course wizard after verifying by the system a person can return to the 1st step and change his/her personal data (email/mobile) to trigger the new verifying process.

Activities – Auto-approve is turned off for Backoffice
DESCRIPTION

When an administrator assigns a person to a course, his/her status will be always “Waiting for approval”, even if “Auto-approving” feature is turned on for this particular course. So the administrator can fill in all participant answers on course questions, payment details, coupons and then approve him to trigger invoice generation.

How to use it: In the Backoffice, on a course card “Participants” tab, when adding a new participant to a course, his status will always be “Waiting for approval”.

A new option has been added to person Gender field (both back-office and My page).

Persons – Search filters for companies and levels are now separated
DESCRIPTION

Want to find all members of some local team or company? Previously, it might be difficult in some cases. Now search by level name is separated for companies and levels.

How to use: On person list (both back-office and My page) there are two sets of fields in “Registrering” filter category – search field with autocomplete “Level/company name” and “Include all nested levels” checkbox.

Subscriptions – Managing the order in which subscriptions are shown on registration form

DESCRIPTION

In back-office on each subscription card, a new dropdown field has been added for the subscriptions marked as public. An administrator can set the exact position of an subscription on the first step of the registration wizard on the front-end.

How to use: When an administrator selects to show subscription on registration form, a new dropdown field “REKKEF├śLGE” is shown. After saving the new position, it re-sorts order for all other subscriptions and users can immediately see changes on the 1st step of registration wizard.

Persons – More information about the level when adding a role
DESCRIPTION

When an administrator assigns a new role in some company or level to a person, such columns as Postcode and City are now shown in the levels list.

How to find: On back-office person card “Relations” tab when adding a new role and selecting a new company/level, then 2 more columns are shown.

Activities – Having a link to the invoice from the participant page
DESCRIPTION

Now you can easily find links to all participant invoices for the course from the page with personal participant data.

How to find: On back-office course card “Participants” tab, there is “Registreringsdetaljer” link for each participant, after clicking it, a new pop-up window is opened where you can find links to all the particular person invoices for this course on the bottom of the page (if he has any).

Activities – Access to course administration on My page for all level leaders
DESCRIPTION

Previously, only a member who created the course had access to manage it on My page. Now we have added a new opportunity – when you connect a course to a level, then all leaders of this levels (both with Read and Write user rights) have access to it on My page on Course admin page.

How to use: On each course card you can find “Course level” search field. When a level is selected there – all members with extra rights can find the course on My page “Course admin” page and can edit it or see its participants.

Backoffice – Using quick search when adding an invoice or subscription
DESCRIPTION

As far as using quick search fields in back-office doesn’t affect targeting items from the list (e.g. export report, sending communications or assigning a subscription), it was a limitation for preventing mistakes, that administrator had to clear this field to proceed. Now this limitation has been removed. Searching still doesn’t affect targeting items. But now we have new lightbox windows with more information. You can now see who is selected as recipients of invoice or subscription and can check all the information before proceeding.

How to find: On back-office member/level/company list when open “Add an invoice” or “Assing a subscription” modal then detailed information about recipients is shown.

Persons – Hiding the roles tables if there are no roles assigned to a member

On back-office person card “Relations” tab, we now hide all tables with member roles (e.g. Active, future, passed, not approved) if there is no role assigned to the member.

Persons – A better validation of a mobile phone number
DESCRIPTION

Previously, when a person or administrator used mobile number with blank spaces, there was validation error. Now the system will cut all the blank spaces from the mobile number field after saving it. It was also made for levels and companies as well.

When filling Birthdate field manually (without using the calendar) system will automatically add separators (only for My page).

Reporting – Default name for extended report
DESCRIPTION

Previously, when you were generating an extended report from any overview page, all selected filters have been set as the default report name. Now the system only uses entity name (e.g. Persons, Companies) and the current date. And also administrator can change it during exporting the data.

How to find: On any overview (both back-office and My page) open “Export extended report” modal.

Registration – Always showing actual price on all steps
DESCRIPTION

A new user can now see the total price of the invoice he will receive after finalizing, on all steps during registration. The total price is automatically recalculated after any option selected that can affect it (e.g. adding family members, role in a company with a discount, etc.).
