When a user is adding a role in a company, more information is now shown in search results: company organization number and full address. Also, now a user can search a company by its organization number.
How to find: Registration wizard, “Membership” step, and “My roles” page on MyPage.

Administrators can now export data from back-office transactions list. There are two options available – quick grid report and extended report.
Where to find: Back office Transactions page (sub-menu on invoices page).

A very new feature has been added. Administrators can now define specific date for automatic invoices generation for each subscriber. Administrators can select this date when assigning a subscription or change it later. Also on the subscription card, when updating default subscription invoicing date, a new confirmation is shown – “Do you want to update this date for all subscribers or only for new members?”
How to find: In back-office, member/level/company card, Subscriptions tab.

Now when Administrators send creditnote for a Vipps invoice via EVRY, it will be sent to email (not by post as it was before).
How to find: In back-office invoice card, when changing invoice status to “Credited, a confirmation modal is shown “Do you want to send creditnote via EVRY?”.

A new option has been added. Administrators can disable all automatic emails about an invoice subscription (assigning or canceling). When Administrators assign or cancel a subscription manually, a confirmation message still will be shown and ask about sending an email.

On the Invoice overview, now Administrators can see the initial invoice distribution channel and the actual channel Evry multichannel system used to send the invoice. Also, this data is available for filtering and exporting.

A very new feature has been added. Now you can set up different membership roles in the organization for different level types. For example, one set of roles can be set up for companies and another one for local/county teams. Please note, new roles still can be added/edited only by the Choo development team. Please contact us if you want to add/change roles for your organization.
How to use: When adding a new membership to a member (both back-office and My page), set of available roles depends on the selected level type.

Now Administrators can set up different email templates/content for every course participant status. This will allow Administrators to make even more personal and user-friendly communication with course participants.

We have added two more columns to member list on My page: now level leaders can see member roles in levels and companies. Also, this data is available for export.
How to find: Member list on My page, when logged in as a member with extra rights (e.g. local team leader).

A current date has been shown for imported members as creation date on back-office member card. Fixed.

In the back-office Invoices list, when filtering the list, the total sum in statistics had wrong rounding. Fixed.

On My page “My consents” page special characters in consents text were shown encoded in consents block. Fixed.
