Admin is able to change the status of those who haven’t shown up. For these people a new status is added, as well as a new email template. Once you’re changing the participant’s status to Haven’t finished, it’s up to you to decide whether you’d like to send an email regarding this change.
An administrator can add new invoice accounts (Konto/Kostnadssted) or edit the existing ones on the new page in back-end Settings. Invoice accounts cannot be removed.
Any front-end page can be set as a default one, opened for the members after they log in to My Page.

A very new page has been added for the members on My Page – “My roles”. All member roles in levels/companies are shown, divided into two lists: Active roles and Inactive ones (past and future).
A new feature has been added – Dashboard ToDo’s integration with Google calendar.
All ToDo tasks, created from Dashboard page, will be sent as events to member’s Google calendar if his/her email address is existing Google account.
Also, all organization events will be stored in the Administrator’s account calendar.
Please provide your Administrator Google email address to CiS development team and we will set it up for you.
New functionality has been added – when an invoice is generated, Administrator can choose to send it immediately or not.
If “No” option is selected – the invoice is created and available on My Page but it isn’t sent to the member according to his/her payment method.
All postponed invoices can be sent from invoice contact card one-by-one.
The possibility to filter such postponed invoices is also added as a function.
A very new login option has been added – login via BankID. Members can log into the system via BankID or Mobile BankID service.

- Bug fix
We faced an issue when automatic invoices for the subscription haven’t been sent to members because of server high loading. To prevent the same issue, invoice sending process has been changed.

Wrong course product price has been shown when there were different product special price periods. Also, product price for non-member was shown for persons with a membership subscription.
