The administrator can generate a report with the information, what invoices will be generated for the subscriptions. On back-end invoices list, report menu, you can find a new option – Prognosis report.
You need to select the period, you want to get the data for. The system will check, what subscriptions will be invoiced in the chosen period and show what invoices will be generated. You can get the information only about one next invoicing period for each subscription.

In back-end member custom fields page, Administrator can mark any field as “Important”. These fields will be shown in a separate block on member page right under the block with member main contact information. Also, any field can be marked as read-only on My page.

When Administrator approves course participant and invoice should be generated, then he/she can choose if he/she wants to generate it or do it later.
One more column has been added to the participant’s list. If the participant has got an invoice – it will be shown in this new column.

New setting for the organization has been added. If you want new members, registered from My page registration form or public course, be activated immediately – it can be set up for your organization. It can be done only by CiS development team.

Implemented a new feature – Facebook chat. To make the feedback from/to your members faster, you can add an ID of a Facebook page in back-end settings Company info page. After this, the Facebook chat will be shown on My page for members to ask a question.

If you want to share the information about an external course of your partners – you can publish a course with “External” label in settings and link it to the course. There will not be the opportunity to register to this course in CiS. Member will be redirected to the course page on the external list.

The administrator can define Start and End hours for the course. It will be shown on the course page on My page. This information is optional.
- Bug fix
Error when trying to export the extended report in the back-end. It has occurred when using a lot of selected filters because the filter name is copied as the report name and it has limitation for the number of characters. Now validation rule to the report name has been added.
